About Jessica Crum

Jessica Crum is the executive director for Creative Institute of Central Arkansas, a nonprofit organization offering education and opportunity to emerging Arkansas creatives. The Conway Art Walk event builds community support for the arts, promotes Conway as a destination for entertainment and supports creatives. Crum is also the owner of Silverlake Design Studio, a branding agency in Conway. She also serves as creative director for The Studio Downtown and as a producer on feature films.

About Jeff Standridge

Jeff Standridge teaches Entrepreneurial Finance and Innovation Leadership at the College of Business at the University of Central Arkansas. He is an author, speaker, consultant and educator who has helped start and build up nonprofit organizations and businesses to create sustained innovation, strategy, profit, impact and leadership. He is the managing director of The Conductor, a public-private partnership between UCA and Startup Junkie, which inspires, supports and educates innovators and entrepreneurs through consulting, events, workshops, programs and access to capital.
