Join us on September 27 as the colorectal cancer community gathers at Fossil Creek Park for the Get Your Rear in Gear - Fort Collins 5K run/walk!Get Your Rear in Gear - Fort Collins is organized by and for survivors, patients, caregivers, and supporters right here in Fort Collins, CO.
