Join us on August 24 as the colorectal cancer community gathers at Raccoon River Park for the 15th edition of the Get Your Rear in Gear - Des Moines, OR 5K run/walk!Get Your Rear in Gear - Des Moines is organized by and for survivors, patients, caregivers, and supporters right here in Des Moines, IA.
