Get Up & Strut: A Pride Month Confidence Experience🌈✨
Get ready to move, connect, and serve confidence. Get Up & STRUT is a Pride month celebration that brings together movement, self-expression, and community in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
Hosted by Soft Mornings Club in collaboration with The Goddess Movement Dance Studio and Tucked & Loaded, this social experience is all about celebrating authenticity, confidence, beauty, and the freedom to take up space exactly as you are. We'll begin the morning with a gentle, sensual stretch flow designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and settle into the present moment. From there, we'll transition into our strut workshop, where you'll be guided through movement and confidence-building exercises designed to help you walk with presence, power, and personality.
No dance experience is required, and all levels are welcome.
What to expect:
- A beginner-friendly guided stretch and movement flow
- A confidence-building strut workshop led by local instructors and drag artists
- Refreshments and light bites

- Plenty of fun, laughter, and self-expression
What to wear:
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Heels are welcome but absolutely not required. Please note that inside the studio, participants will be asked to remove outdoor shoes and wear socks, heels, or go barefoot during the workshop.
