Max Prasad is an engineer, entrepreneur, and leader who stepped onto an improv comedy stage two years ago to spread joy and challenge himself. He discovered that the best tools for teamwork, active listening, and conquering daily chaos come straight from unscripted theater.

GET Phoenix is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization that provides professional and personal development opportunities to career-oriented young professionals. The Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce started GET Phoenix in 2006 as an economic development initiative to “Grow Emerging Talent” by providing opportunities for emerging leaders in the Valley. As the first organization of its kind in Phoenix, GET quickly gained traction through social networking and professional development events. With the full support of the Scottsdale Chamber, GET Phoenix incorporated as its own non-profit and is run by young professionals to this day 20 years later.
