You'll hear how professional organizations helped shape their careers, their lessons learned, and their experience with GET Phoenix. Most importantly, this session will be a conversation with plenty of time for questions and input from you!

Johann Warnholtz, 2016 Board Member
Johann Warnholtz is the founder of Exceptional Vibe, a marketing and events agency that provides digital marketing and PR services to local business and produces food and beverage events such as AZ Brunch Fest, Arizona Soup Festival, the Sunday Dinner series and more. He has been a member of GET Phoenix since 2016 and has served on the board twice. He loves good food, good beer, good cocktails, and a good workout.
Madelaine Braggs, 2026 Vice President
Madelaine Braggs serves as Chief Digital Officer for Rose Law Group, where she leads digital media marketing and oversees content strategy for Rose Law Group Reporter and the firm's communications platforms.
A graduate of Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Madelaine began her career in journalism, serving as Editor-in-Chief, reporter, and designer for The Buena Pegasus before joining iHeartMedia, where she worked in promotions and later produced content for KFYI 550 AM's The Chris Merill Show.
She went on to NBC News Radio, where she advanced from News Operations Assistant to State News Producer. During her tenure, she covered elections, legislation, natural disasters, and major national events, interviewed members of Congress and public figures, and was recognized as the organization's Most Valuable Player in 2019.
Outside of her professional role, she serves as Vice President of GET Phoenix Young Professionals and has previously supported the Phoenix Art Museum's philanthropic initiatives through its Circles of Support Committee.
When she's not creating content or building community connections, Madelaine enjoys museums, hiking, classic films, spending time with her dog Louie, and anything purple.
John Komadina, 2022 Board President
experience helping organizations drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and improve operational efficiency. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at essentL PEO, where he helps businesses navigate workforce management, human resources, and growth strategies.
Prior to joining essentL PEO, John served as Regional Sales Director for G&A Partners and Director of Revenue Growth for Integrity Outsource, where he worked closely with small and mid-sized businesses throughout Arizona to streamline operations and create better employee and client experiences. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with Enterprise Fleet Management and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, earning recognition for sales performance, customer service excellence, and team development.
Outside of his professional career, John is a passionate advocate for Arizona's young professional community. As a former President of GET Phoenix Young Professionals, he helped guide the organization through its post-pandemic transition, rebuilding in-person programming and fostering opportunities for members to reconnect, network, and grow as the Valley emerged from COVID-era restrictions.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Arizona, where he served as President of Sigma Chi Fraternity and was a member of the Chain Gang Junior Honorary. He is known for his relationship-driven leadership style, commitment to mentorship, and dedication to helping both businesses and professionals reach their full potential.
Cailean Bailey, 2018 Board President
Cailean Bailey is a talent acquisition leader with more than a decade of experience helping startups and high growth SaaS companies build teams across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and beyond. He currently leads recruiting efforts at Radix, where he helps scale the team behind a rapidly growing data and analytics platform serving the multifamily real estate industry.
Before recruiting, Cailean spent several years as a Division I soccer coach, an experience that shaped his approach to leadership, talent development, and helping people reach their potential. He has hired across more than twenty countries and is passionate about recruiting, career growth, and building great candidate experiences.
