Get to Know YP

Join Week is a national initiative to increase awareness and involvement in NULYP chapters by Young Professionals in their communities. While recruitment and retention efforts should be a priority year round, Join Week is designed to showcase the National Urban League movement through a concentrated “blitz” of activities. YP chapters have a long tradition of developing leaders, upskilling our members, creating meaningful impacts in our communities, and providing a strong network for young professionals around the country. Chapters who provide this for their members are more sustainable, impactful, and have a ready pipeline of future leaders both inside and outside of NULYP.
