Get Started with DIY Skills

Join us for a fun and interactive introductory session covering a range of basic DIY skills.

This will include demonstrations on topics such as wall repair, how to bleed a radiator, tool demonstrations, putting up shelves / TV brackets. Bring along any questions you may have.

You will be shown how to do various activities and then given the opportunity to try out the skills.

This session will be delivered by George (CumbrianHandyman).

This class will run twice during our summer programme, so you have two dates to choose from.

• These workshops are aimed at adults. You will need to be 18 or over to attend.
• Unless otherwise specified, all materials will be provided by us.
• Refreshments such as tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
• Due to the content of some of our activities, you will be required to undertake a Health and Safety briefing before the start of the session. You may be required to wear PPE, such as face shields and gloves. These will be provided by us.
• Please wear weather and activity appropriate clothing and footwear when visiting us.
