GET social Good Food Box

Get out with the GET crew for a morning of socializing while volunteering for GFB. At this GET event we will bag groceries for the Nanaimo Good Food Box program at the Beban Cenntenial building, while we chat and talk food.

Volunteering is a great way to build friendships and improve health. Studies show people who regularly volunteer decreases their risk of some physical and mental health problems, such has heart disease, stroke, depression, anxiety and general illness.

Space is limited so don’t delay register today to reserve your seat at the table.

Remember to bring a water bottle if desired.
