The three themes will be combined in every session. While the research spans two months, consistent participation is often beneficial; however, you are free to choose which sessions you attend. (In july/august, we'll explore different practices)

By registering, you confirm that you are 18+ and participate entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that Get Out is a donation-based practice without insurance coverage and that you are responsible for your own safety and physical boundaries. You are free to opt out of any movement at any time. You also agree to our full Terms & Conditions, including the waiver of liability and the potential use of promotional media.

1. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being at all times. Our practice involves outdoor movement that may challenge your physical limits; however, you are the only one who can sense your boundaries. You are encouraged to listen to your body and are free to opt out of any exercise or leave the session at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
2. Assumption of Risk

You understand that outdoor movement practices inherently involve certain risks, such as trips, falls, or injuries due to uneven terrain or weather conditions. By registering, you acknowledge that Get Out seeks a mindful exploration of challenge and risk, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
3. Health & Insurance

As this is a donation-based community event, Get Out does not provide insurance. You confirm that you are in good physical health, have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe, and possess your own personal health/accident insurance.
4. Release of Liability

You agree to waive and release the organizers of Get Out from any and all liability for injury, disability, or damage to person or property to the fullest extent permitted by law.5. Age & Media

Participation is restricted to adults (18+). Additionally, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform the facilitator at the start of the session if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
