Experience the mental health benefits of spending time with family, friends, and your community while exploring the wide world right outside your door!Good news: Admission to our events and all of the activities at Get Out and Grow are FREE! We will be accepting donations to help cover the cost of the events and activities, and to support the many mental health services at St. David’s Center. More details about the event, including our registration page can be found on our event website (see link in tickets below).
Get Out and Grow will take place rain or shine, warm or cold. In the event of inclement weather, activities that can be moved indoors will be available to enjoy inside our center buildings.

$6/car to park in the ramp, all attendees need to be out of the ramp by 8 p.m.
