SIZE MATTERS 😆 when it comes to hula hooping for beginners and Get More Energy is here to help you learn to make your very own hula hoop and play with it around your waist all while the hula hoop itself teaches you to be shamelessly sensual in a very non-sexual and healthy way. This movement helps to open root energy centers that are sources of drive, motivation, action, confidence and self-esteem.
Learning to use our body as a sensory tool in this fast-paced society allows us an opportunity to ride the waves of chaos like a baller surfer rather than tumbling around under the waves themselves.
So many of us have been brainwashed to believe "it's just part of the aging process", which has created a limiting belief system that keeps us dis-eased enough to be the main source of energy consumption rather than filling our own energy tanks.
The hula hoop is a sacred circle that will guide us and teach us how to be present and let go. It will help us discover the beauty and art of flowing as it empowers us to practice feeling all the awkward energies around us with grace and fluidness. When our practice reaches a state of flow, we discover a state of peace within the chaos of life that is a priceless tool in our life toolbox.
The hula hoop teaches us when to resist and when not to; creating magical sensual moments inside ourself that spawns joy as it pushes out heavy dense energies stuck within the body.
The act of hula hooping creates sensory memories that inspires smiles from deep within your own being, that cause others to be curious to learn the cause of your happiness which in turn shares joy with those around you. And when this occurs in group settings, the natural resonance of energies cause elevated states of joy and feel good energies! ❤️‍🔥
This will occur in a small group setting, free of judgements and full of love, kindness and loads of laughter. All you need to do is show up with an open heart and mind and allow the hula hoop to teach you to be shamelessly sensual.
This is a freewill donation event. If you would like to take your hula hoop home with you, it is a $25 purchase. Hula hoops not purchased will be used by Get More Energy for future sacred circle events designed to include the kiddos. Dates TBD.
