Get Loved Up Flow & Sound Healing is a nourishing blend of mindful movement and restorative meditation designed to awaken your body, calm your mind and uplift your spirit.
The first half of the journey invites you into the Get Loved Up Flow; a dynamic yet accessible practice that weaves together yoga-inspired movement, breath and mindful awareness. This flow opens your body, releases stagnant energy and cultivates presence, leaving you grounded and revitalized.
The second half transitions into a Sound Healing meditation. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments. These healing frequencies calm the nervous system, harmonize energy centers and carry you into a deep state of inner peace and renewal.
Together, movement and sound create a holistic experience that restores balance, clears the mind and reconnects you with the love and wisdom within
