- Set your objectives and implementation program
DAY 2 — Operations: Support, Controls & Performance
Clauses 7, 8 & 9 across ISO 9001 | ISO 45001 | ISO 14001
Your team will:
- Document your resource and competency framework
- Build your document control and record-keeping system
- Map core business processes and operational controls
- Develop safe work procedures and emergency preparedness plans
- Design your performance monitoring system, KPIs, and inspection schedule
- Build your nonconformance and continuous improvement process
DAY 3 — Certification Readiness: Internal Audit & Management Review

Your team will:
- Receive internal auditor training — planning, interviewing, evidence, findings
- Conduct a live facilitated internal audit simulation against your new system
- Facilitate and document your first Management Review meeting
- Close residual gaps and confirm your certification pathway timeline
- Leave with a clear action plan to Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit
