You’ve been building your strength since a few months now and would like to start with inverts on the pole.
This class will teach you how to invert, using a bunch of different techniques and starting positions.
We will also make sure that you can secure yourself upside down in different grips and figures and of course come back down, safely and in an elegant way for creative landings.
Be aware, if you just started Pole Dancing, this class may be too advanced for you!
This class is 2 hours long.
