About the programme:
In partnership with the RAC, this programme provides the opportunity to improve customer service skills, learn about the role of a Breakdown Assistant and improve employability skills.
With no experience needed to apply, we will support you in gaining the knowledge and skills required to gain employment in the sector.
Throughout the 2 weeks you'll gain:
• Customer Service training
• CV and Interview Prep Skills
