I Am A Reflection is the 6th and final installment of Get Centered: A Mindful Poetry Workshop.

Designed to help participants breathe, create art, write, and reflect, this session offers a unique opportunity to develop a creative work plan to intentionally make a practice out of being creative. Whether you're an experienced poet or new to writing, this workshop encourages self-expression in a supportive environment.
