Get Active Lauderhill 5K Run

City of Lauderhill Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn presents the Get Active Lauderhill 5K Run, a community event dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and active living. Residents and visitors of all ages are invited to participate in this fun and energizing morning designed to encourage movement and healthy lifestyles.

Whether you choose to run, jog, or walk, this event welcomes participants of all fitness levels. The Get Active Lauderhill 5K is part of the City’s broader goal to inspire residents to stay active while connecting them with valuable health resources available throughout the community.

Participants will enjoy a lively atmosphere at Lauderhill Sports Park, along with opportunities to learn more about wellness programs, connect with local health vendors, and take part in free health screenings.
