Gerri Jäger – ‘Argument with Reality’ – Artistic Residency presentation

Gerri returns to POM Eindhoven for a residency focused on his project ‘Argument with Reality’. During this period, he will explore the relationship between sound and image, using live drums, electronics, and visuals as a starting point. The research builds on the previous try-out and focuses on refining technical and creative elements.

The project aims to:

a) develop a coherent 45–60-minute set in Ableton & Max for Live;

b) minimize hardware as much as possible;

c) create a deep and slick sound design that complements the analog sounds of the prepared drum kit.

The audience will gain insight into a work that is always in motion.
