Join the Fairfield Public Library and Jefferson County Farm Bureau for a fun, hands-on learning experience all about gardening and germination!
📖 Storytime:
Sara Martindale from the Fairfield Public Library will read a story focused on gardening and how seeds grow.
🌿 Interactive Learning:
Jefferson County Outreach Coordinator Hailey Shultz will talk with attendees about germination and gardening, helping kids understand how plants grow from seed to harvest.
🌼 Hands-On Activity:
Participants will create their own Seed Houses, choosing vegetables to grow at home. Kids will be able to observe the germination process and eventually plant their seedlings in the ground for fresh produce!
