Kinder 0-11: Freier Eintritt in Begleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten. Altersnachweise müssen bei Bedarf vorgezeigt werden.

Veranstaltungsort: Messe Dortmund - Rheinlanddamm 200 - Eingang Nord - 44139 Dortmund

Der Einlass erfolgt über den Eingang Nord.

ACHTUNG: Der Kunde ist alleinig dafür verantwortlich, die von der Regierung offiziell festgelegten Voraussetzungen, die zum Zeitpunkt des Events gelten, um an dieser öffentlichen Veranstaltung teilzunehmen, zu erfüllen. Sollte sich an diesen Teilnahmevoraussetzungen bis zum Stattfinden des Events etwas ändern, gelten die zu dem Zeitpunkt geltenden Vorgaben und Regeln. Eine Änderung dieser Vorgaben ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

Jeder Besucher, der älter als 11 Jahre ist (d.h. ab einschließlich 12 Jahren), benötigt ein Eintrittsticket. Dies gilt auch für Schwerbehinderte als auch für Begleitpersonen von Personen mit Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Markenzeichen B .

Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden des Events ausdrücklich vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Der Besucher wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es für sämtliche Tickets gemäß § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht gibt. Alle Stargäste haben jederzeit die Freiheit, ihren Auftritt aufgrund von Film- /Jobangeboten, Krankheit, zu niedrigen Ticketverkäufen oder aus privaten Gründen auch kurzfristig abzusagen. Sollte ein Gast absagen, werden die entsprechenden Star-Bezogenen-Tickets automatisch auf das Konto erstattet, mit dem sie gekauft wurden. Ein Anspruch auf Erstattung von Eintrittstickets inkl. VIP oder Upgrade Tickets besteht nicht.

Children 0-11: Free entry when accompanied by a legal guardian. Proof of age must be shown if required.

Venue: Messe Dortmund - Rheinlanddamm 200 - North Entrance - 44139 Dortmund

Entry is via the north entrance.

ATTENTION: The customer is solely responsible for meeting the requirements officially established by the government in force at the time of the event to participate in this public event. If anything changes to these participation requirements before the event takes place, the specifications and rules in force at that time will apply. A change to these specifications is not a reason for cancellation.

Every visitor older than 11 years (i.e. 12 years and older) requires an entry ticket.

This also applies to severely disabled people and to persons accompanying people with a severely disabled person's ID card with the B trademark.

All tickets are expressly non-returnable once the event takes place. The visitor is expressly advised that there is no statutory right of cancellation for all tickets in accordance with Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB. All star guests have the freedom to cancel their appearance at any time due to film/job offers, illness, low sales or for personal reasons, even at short notice. Should a guest cancel, the applicable Star Related Tickets will automatically be refunded to the account used to purchase them. There is no entitlement to a refund for entry tickets including VIP or upgrade tickets.
