German Beer Hall Dinner: A Taste of Bavaria

For ages 21 & up

Step into the lively spirit of a Bavarian beer hall with this hearty menu. In class you’ll work with a small team to create a traditional meal full of Bavarian flavors. Begin with a creamy Bavarian cheese dip, then enjoy crispy juicy Schweinshaxe (crispy, slow-cooked pork knuckle) served with rich gravy, fluffy mashed potatoes and a tangy Bavarian coleslaw. Finish on a sweet note with warm, spiced Apfelkuchen for a true taste of Bavaria's most festive flavors. At the end of class you’ll sit down and enjoy dinner together.

Hands-on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of German wine or beer paired with the meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
