Georgia Drum Major Camp

The Drum Major Leadership Academy (dmlatraining.com) trains over 5,000 drum majors and student leaders from across the country. Each year, the organization hosts numerous events including audition workshops, summer camps, online masterclasses, private lessons, the National Drum Major Competition and more.

This camp is designed for high school drum majors, section leaders, band captains, and other members of the student leadership team. Various tracks exist to give each student a personalized leadership learning experience. Lunch is provided each day and the camp is non-overnight (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

Aidan Lerner

• Aidan served as head drum major for Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps, Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps, and is a drum major judge/clinician for schools throughout Georgia [FULL BIO]

• Josh serves as director of the Drum Major Leadership Academy and was the drum major coordinator for Drum Corps International (DCI) for multiple seasons [FULL BIO]

• Samantha served as head drum major for the Florida State University Marching Chiefs. Additionally, she served as drum major for Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps [FULL BIO]

Sarah Harden

• Sarah served as head drum major for Georgia State University, ultimately leading the Panther Band in the Tournament of Roses Parade and more [FULL BIO]
