The free Women’s FEST fun begins Thursday, April 25, 7–10 p.m., with the traditional Georgette Krenkel Welcome Dance at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. This event, which is open to all, provides a chance to mingle, connect, and reconnect with friends old and new.
