Though contemplating the changing nature of things, develop the wisdom to let go of baggage of the past, to allow yourself to create the person you wish to be and to live each day without grasping tightly at problems and difficulties.
In this series of classes, we will look at wisdom meditations and contemplations taught by Buddha to release us from sufferings and problems. Join us for our weekly meditation classes and learn to live lightly.

$15 a class. $48 4-class pass (series pass).
Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.
