GENTLE YOGA with SusyEveryone is invited to share this sacred time to breathe, move the body gently and consciously, and spend moments in contemplation. We practice with intention to cultivate community connections and deep awareness and to allow for a return to the true nature of being.

Our Your Own Yoga offerings are a celebration of community as we come together to share a life-nourishing practice that honours the uniqueness of our individual bodies and spirits in collective harmony.
This practice is suitable for beginners and is offered for koha (monthly memberships for all Your Own Yoga offerings are also available if this suits better).
