This Saturday Morning outdoor beginner yoga class focuses on correctly aligning the body in a “asana” or “yoga pose” while maintaining a longer static holds. This slow flow type of class structure helps you to slowly and gently stretch and strengthen your muscles, bones and tendons. This class is perfect for a beginner to intermediate yogi! ?? Bring a mat, and a small blanket and an open mind! ❤️?a weel deserved Loving Kindness Meditation will follow the yoga class. Dress in Layers for your comfort. ??If possible, we will be outdoors, however we do have indoor yoga studio space available in case of inclement weather. $15 for this 1 hour and 30 min experience ✌️
