This class series, taught by experienced yoga teacher Anne Harrison, will allow older students to access the physical and mental benefits of yoga asana (asanas are the physical positions we assume during a hatha yoga practice) and breathwork, without worrying about adaptability or accessibility. It will be beneficial to both beginning yogis, and those with prior yoga experience. Anne has experience in dealing with various physical limitations that some seniors experience i.e. osteoporosis, knee issues, balance challenges and stiff joints, and is capable of adapting class to suit the needs of each individual student.
