Gentle Flow Outdoors with Sounds (Fall offering)
This is a weekly class!
All levels welcome!
Experience the benefits of yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit.
End your day on your mat.
Take a moment to not only check in with yourself, but to allow your body to release the burdens of the day.
Practice Yoga for about 45 minutes and then enter a relaxing savasana to receive a 15 minute sound bath.
Sound Bath is provided with 2-4 crystals singing bowls.
Class is beginner friendly.
