I waive and release any claims I may have against You Call This Yoga, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents in the event of any harm, and they, as released parties, will not be responsible for any and all harm or injuries. I further allow You Call This Yoga to use my image in any promotional materials. This acceptance and waiver shall bind my heirs, successors and assigns.
