Gentle Hatha Yoga for beginners to experienced. Great for those wishing to gently stretch and strengthen your body, also great to relax body and calm the mind.Session are tailored to students injuries, conditions and goals.
Each session there will be asana's (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation or Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation).
