Gentle Yoga Flow • Sound Bath • Under the Ancient Oak Tree
About this Event
Gentle Yoga Flow • Sound Bath • Under the Ancient Oak Tree
Join us beneath the magnificent ancient oak in Grovelands Park for a peaceful morning inspired by the First Quarter Moon—a phase that encourages action, balance and steady growth.
We’ll begin with 30 minutes of Gentle Yoga Flow, a welcoming practice suitable for all levels. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing and gentle stretching, we’ll awaken the body, improve mobility and prepare the nervous system for deep rest.
You’ll then settle into a 60-minute immersive Sound Bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, handpan, shamanic drum, Native American flute and other healing instruments invite profound relaxation and inner balance.
As the First Quarter Moon reminds us to move forward with intention, this morning offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself, release mental tension and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded.
