It's the perfect class for those with scar tissue, replacement joints, or anyone with achy or worn bodies. We take it easy, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably. Each session concludes with a soothing Shavasana, accompanied by the calming sounds of crystal bowls, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. After class, stay for a cup of tea and enjoy a moment of tranquility. Our class is donation-based, making it accessible for everyone.
