Gentle Yoga June 6 - June 27, 2024 (no class June 20th)

Cost: $50 for 3 week series/$20 Drop-in
Enjoy a gentle flow style class. This class includes range of motion exercises, a variety of standing poses, long stretches, breath work and relaxation. Awareness will be brought to breath and intention throughout the practice. We'll end with a body scan to deeply relax. This class is suitable for all levels. Students should bring their own mats. No refunds unless class is canceled by instructor.
