Start your week off great and unwind with sound healing and gentle and restorative yoga. This stress-busting class will begin with a few minutes of sound meditation with beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to help you settle in and will culminate with 15 to 20 minutes of sound Healing with various instruments, such as frosted crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, ocean drum, chimes, and more.
