Step into a tranquil beachside studio for an evening of grounding movement and deep relaxation. This gentle yoga flow blends classic, traditional poses with mindful breathwork (pranayama) and meditation, all set to soothing yoga-inspired music and mantras that connect us back to the roots of yoga.

To close the practice, you’ll be guided into a restorative state with the calming sounds of the rain stick and wind chimes — a touch of sound healing to leave you centered, peaceful, and refreshed.

Accessible and affordable, this class is open to all levels and offers an authentic yoga experience in a small, private studio with serene beach vibes.

We’re at 608 Breakers Ave., Fort Lauderdale Beach, right above Archibald’s Bakery. Follow the lotus signs up the stairs and look for the vine-covered door marked Anahata OM — that’s the entrance to our cozy studio space.
