Welcome to Gentle Yoga and Spinal Energetics!

Come join us on Thu Oct 24 2024 at 19:30 for a relaxing and rejuvenating session at the Essential Healing Centre. This event is perfect for those looking to unwind, stretch, and align their energy field for optimal energy flow.

The event will open with a meditation to bring you into connection with self and access the heart space. Jess will then guide you to express your truth through gentle yoga movements, creating a sense of safety and awareness within the body. This will then be followed by Spinal Energetic activations. This beautiful healing energy modaility helps to unlock, unfurl and balance the nervous system, releasing what no longer serves us, allowing the body to return to a parasympathetic state. This then promotes the body, mind and soul to access the innate healing wisdom within.
About your facilitator Jess

I am Community Nurse, Spinal Energetics practitioner and Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about holding safe spaces for community to come together and deepen the connection you have with yourself, and unlock the innate wisdom you hold to heal. I believe in supporting and witnessing others along their journey to feel whole through movement, breath, sound and meditation.
