? Reflexology is a safe and gentle way to calm and nurture your baby. Applying the lightest of touch to area in the feet and hands, stimulate the reflex points that may assist with:

How long are the classes?
Our small intimate classes are 90 minutes with time for coffee and catch up at the end!
