Join this free community on-site class consisting of gentle stretching, breath-work, meditation class. This Korean style of holistic fitness includes aspects of Qigong, featuring a blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Tapping, Meditation, and Breathwork for a healthy body and peaceful mind.

More detailed directions: we’re on Roswell Road, just north of Windsor Parkway. We are in a commercial building(house) that reads: “Warren Schmitz Realty”. Drive down the hill, parking will be on the back of the building, the entire lower level.
Attire: comfortable clothing; we require shoes to be removed at the shoe racks in the entrance hallway.
