More detailed directions: we’re on Roswell Road, just north of Windsor Parkway. We are in a commercial building(house) that reads: “Warren Schmitz Realty”. Drive down the hill, parking will be on the back of the building, the entire lower level.

Attire: comfortable clothing; we require shoes to be removed at the shoe racks in the entrance hallway.

Q: Is this class virtual or in-person? A: This is an in-person class.

Q: How many times can I take the free class if I am not a current Body & Brain member?A: As often as you wish (as long as it is offered).

Q: I am an active Body & Brain member. Can I take this class? A: Yes, you can take this class and use it as a weekly practice, unlimited times, if you are a current regular member.
