We'll start the night off with some gentle stretch and release vinyasa flow - this class is designed to be perfect for beginners to intermediate level yogis, or anyone looking for a slower, more mindful pace. It's also amazing for athlete's or runners who need to release those tight muscles. We flow with our breath while holding poses for longer, deeper and more conscious breaths to truly release what is no longer serving us. Yoga mat rental fee $2.

Always related to health, wellness, creativity and becoming your best-self, our wednesday workshops have ranged from guided journaling nights to tibetan singing bowl meditations to relationship coaching to personality quizzes to aromatherapy and more!
