Join us for a sacred pause on your mat, surrounded by the beauty of the fall air.
Each Monday evening, we'll gather on the amphitheater stage at City Church for a time of gentle movement and spiritual renewal. Together we will experience: gentle movement, breath work, scripture, guided mediation, & prayer.
Becky and Caroline will alternate teaching each Monday, while both will be present throughout the series.
Come as you are. Bring your mat, a blanket or towel, water, and a willing heart.
