Join us on Wednesday lunchtimes in the hall for some gentle movement (12-12.45), followed by a nourishing light lunch. (1-1.30).If you'd like to make a day of it, stay on for a cuppa and a biscuit or join in with a little (optional!) dance practice to get you on top form for the tea dance!
Our popular tea dance is currently the 1st Wednesday of the month, held straight after lunch at 1.30pm
