This class will focus on gentle movement using yoga and tai ji exercises performed from seated (chair or mat) and standing, along with breathing techniques to calm the mind and help you feel more grounded and focused. Each class will aim to be accessible for most and will offer alternatives and modifications for a variety of students.
Select Thursdays at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market, 3002 W 3rd St. There will be 2 (20minute) sessions each of the following days from 5-6pm.
