Gentle yoga in the morning not only helps to relieve any pain or tension that may have built up from the night before, it also allows you to find a sense of stillness, focus the mind, and go into your day with positivity.
We’ll intentionally move, stretch, and strengthen with breathwork, meditation and relaxation. You’ll come away with a calmer state of being, feeling fresh and revitalized ❤️
