This class utilizes props as needed, while focusing on the breath and mind/body connection. Beginning with a seated warm up, the class progresses from floor poses (asanas) to standing poses, then back to the floor for closing postures and final rest. All postures are prompted with "how to" descriptions and reminders to breathe while focusing on what the body is experiencing (body awareness).
