Gentle Flow Yoga indoors (optional rooftop)

I invite you to my FLOW YOGA CLASSES indoors or on the rooftop of my yoga studio BLAUMEER

This will be an indoors class, or if the weather is good on the sunny ROOFTOP BLAUMEER.

I offer a dynamic practice based on Hatha Yoga - combined with Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Release Technique.

The class is in English and/or Spanish depending on the audience.
