About this Event
Have you ever considered starting a meditation practice? Join us for this 60 minute guided class, where we will explore accessible techniques of practicing mindfulness meditation. Learn about the benefits and practical day to day applications of meditation. In this taster session, calming breath techniques to help with settling the body in preparation to sit, and accessible ways to position the body to work up to prolonged sitting.
Who should take this class: - Absolute beginners or those who would like to get back into a meditation practice - Those who would like to learn techniques to reduce stress. Those who would like to learn the foundational practices of mindfulness to calm and steady the mind.
