Mack is a Yogi, bodyworker, herbalist, and musician, inspired by indigenous wisdom traditions from around the world, he is passionate about collective healing and awakening.
Mitch is an artist, yogi, gardener, and sound healing musician who’s practice is inspired by nature, and is guided by connecting to the present moment.
