This ceremony is open to men and womenTea Ceremony is a gentle and meditative practice that is for everyone! Now, more than ever, we need moments of pause, where we are free from our screens, the demands of the outer world and all of our responsibilities, and the 10,000 distractions that pull for our attention. Intentional times of stillness are vital for our personal wellbeing- as without them our inner voice- our truth, our needs, our dreams- can get buried and go unnoticed. This quieting and distancing from that inner voice can really cause our view of life to become very narrow and have us believing that we are alone. Through the space that Tea creates we are able to take a deep breath and getting a clearer perspective, often one that is filled with gratitude, around what’s present for us in our lives. Each sit is like a gentle, welcome, and much needed (even if we didn’t know we needed it) kind of reset!
The leaves used in our tea ceremonies are extremely unique in that they are all organic and come from, wild, old growth trees and plants that are sustainably grown and harvested by farmers who love, respect, and understand the power of this medicine.
Tea found me in 2014 while I was living abroad in Taiwan. I had the great fortune of studying with Internationally recognized Tea Master, Wu De, of Global Tea Hut, and many many other great teachers in Taiwan, China, and the USA.
All are welcome.
