A truly gentle practice with most postures done in a chair and some standing. Modifications are offered if you choose to remain in a chair. No yoga experience necessary. Simply wear stretchy clothing and bring a smile!

Sallie Beckes, a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, specializes in Senior Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga. All classes are back-care friendly, lighthearted and suited for all levels and body types. Gentle stretches and modifications are offered for traditional yoga postures. Participants all say how much better they feel after each class.
